Dung said that to implement the project, the project will establish English clubs to each ward/commune and build an online learning mobile app for 5 main target groups, including: Students, students , officials and employees, small businesses, workers and businesses.

“At first, the program will be piloted in Nha Trang city and Cam Lam district, then expanded to the whole province. In the first year, the program is expected to help 50,000 people access and use mobile apps to learn English. Currently, the program has recruited more than 300 volunteers, including many foreigners, to teach English,” added Ms. Dung.

On the afternoon of January 11, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee will officially hold a ceremony to kick off the project at April 2 Square, Nha Trang City.
